1、 Structure of radial sliding bearing
1. Integral sliding bearing
The structure is simple, the cost is low, the assembly and disassembly are inconvenient, and the clearance between the shaft diameter and the bearing cannot be adjusted. It is used in light load, low speed and intermittent working occasions.
2. Split sliding bearing
The bearing pedestal and bearing bush are divided into two parts, which are connected by bolts, so as to facilitate clearance adjustment, assembly and disassembly, and are widely used. There are two kinds of normal and oblique partitions.
3. Self aligning sliding bearing
Generally, the length of shaft diameter shall be limited for sliding bearing, and L/d shall be expressed by width diameter ratio, generally L/d=0.5~1.5. When L/d>1.5, self-aligning sliding bearing is commonly used.
The bearing bush and the bearing are not cylindrical but spherical. The bearing bush can rotate with the bending of the shaft to adapt to the deflection of the shaft diameter.
4. Clearance adjusting sliding bearing
The size of bearing clearance can be easily adjusted to ensure the accuracy of operation and support. It is generally used for machine tools.
2、 Structure of thrust sliding bearing
1. Fixed thrust bearing
It bears axial load and consists of bearing pedestal and thrust shaft diameter.
The plane thrust bearing with larger size can be designed as multi oil wedge.
2. Tilting sector pad thrust bearing
When the bearing works, the sector pad can be automatically adjusted to adapt to different working conditions, and is mainly used for marine propellers to bear huge axial force.
