What causes oil leakage of HV motor bearing bush (sliding bearing)?

1. Structural and processing reasons

① Imperfect shaft seal structure

② Deformation of joint surface between pad base and pad cover

③ Poor shaft seal design

The clearance distance between the two ends of the pad in the pad seat is large, there is no oil return groove, there is clearance between the two joint surfaces of the oil seal, and there is no oil baffle at both ends of the pad

④ The processing quality of the oil ring is insufficient, and the oil ring is unbalanced: the size is inconsistent

2. Reasons for operation and maintenance

① Excessive lubricating oil filling, exceeding the allowable level

② The brand of lubricating oil is inconsistent

③ The old sealing paint at the indirect joint between the pad seat and the pad cover is not cleaned

④ Uneven filling of new sealing paint, even forgetting to fill paint

⑤ Incorrect gasket installation

⑥ Poor sealing of inlet and return pipe joints, oil cup, thermometer and other sockets and valves

⑦ The ventilation system forms a vacuum at the bearing end, and the lubricating oil is sucked out of the bearing
