Repair method of bearing bush wear

(1) Check the wear of the bearing seat;

(2) Oxygen and acetylene are used to degrease the pad seat, and angle grinder is used to polish the repair surface to remove high spots;

(3) Clean the repair surface with anhydrous ethanol and dry it;

(4) The bearing bush is applied with release agent and then dried for standby;

(5) Mix SD7101H material, coat it on the repair surface, quickly install the bearing pad in place and level it, then remove the extruded excess material and wait for curing;

(6) After curing, remove the bearing bush and check that the repair surface is flat and smooth, and there is no gap with the bearing bush;

(7) Use the same method to repair the lower bearing pedestal, and pay attention to the operation space when repairing the lower bearing pedestal.
